Treatment of cow manure

1. Decomposition method:
Collect cow dung and cow urine, mix with hay and rotten silage to make compost, and let it ferment. In the fermentation process, the compost turner machine is used to fully ferment the cow dung. This can only be achieved by turning the dump in time and evenly. Now some places are very dry and some places are very wet, which will affect the quality of fermentation.

2. Drying method:
Drying method is divided into mechanical drying method and natural drying method. Mechanical drying is a drying method using dryer, which can achieve the purpose of deodorization and sterilization. It is also a widely used drying method. The natural drying method is to mix the fresh cow dung alone or mixed with a certain proportion of bran, spread it on the cement floor or plastic cloth, turn it at any time, let it dry naturally, dry in the sun, then crush it, and mix it into other feeds for feeding. This method is low cost and easy to operate, but it is greatly affected by the weather and easy to cause environmental pollution.

3. Fermentation method:
The fermentation method is to add certain microbial agents or enzyme preparations and other auxiliary materials to cow dung, and then ferment at a suitable temperature, and the resulting products are used to feed chickens, pigs, fish and other animals. For example, if cow manure is fermented with silage, as long as there is enough water and soluble carbohydrates, cow manure can be silaged together with other poultry manure, crop straw, forage grass or other roughage. When silage, the ratio of manure and forage or other feed is preferably 1:1. This can convert part of non-protein nitrogen into protein and kill almost all harmful microorganisms.

1. Fermentation

2. Crushing and mixing of ingredients
The composted materials, inorganic fertilizers such as N, P, K, and other additives are crushed, proportioned and mixed by material crusher and horizontal mixer according to a certain proportion.

3. Granulation
A new type of organic fertilizer granulator was used to granulate the materials.

4. Screening and return material system
The particle size output from the organic fertilizer granulator has a certain difference and needs to be sieved and classified. The selected rotary screener machine requires low vibration, low noise, convenient screen change, and is equipped with a screen surface cleaning device. It is recommended to equip a return system: the unqualified granular materials that are screened out are conveyed by a belt elevator, re-pulverized and sent to the granulator to continue granulation, which helps to improve the continuous operation capacity of the production line.

5. Drying
Use an organic fertilizer drum drying machine to further remove moisture from the sieved particles to meet the standard requirements of organic fertilizer moisture content.

6. Cooling
Cooling the granular materials with a cooler helps the storage and quality of the granules.

7. Packaging
The granular materials cooled by the organic fertilizer equipment are conveyed into the finished product warehouse through the bucket elevator. Granular materials can be quantitatively weighed and packaged through automatic packing scale.

Production equipment and cost input of cow manure organic fertilizer

In addition to the initial equipment cost and civil engineering investment, the raw material cost, transportation cost, labor cost and packaging cost should be considered in the production process of cow manure organic fertilizer. If organic fertilizer plants cooperate with farms, the situation will be very different. In the original site where manure is stacked, greenhouses and fermentation tanks will be invested by the farms, and the organic fertilizer manufacturers will invest in purchasing equipment to deal with manure, which can also reduce investment or production costs. The organic fertilizer production realized the cooperation with the farm, and the capital investment was greatly reduced.
